Blochisland is a native macOS application that lets you hold and use a Solana wallet from your Mac’s Dynamic Island. It is self-custody: your private key is generated on your device and stored in the macOS Keychain. We never receive, hold, or have the ability to recover your key, your seed, or your funds.

Because of that, you are solely responsible for backing up your key. If you lose your device and your backup, no one — not us, not anyone — can restore your wallet. That is the nature of self-custody, and it is the point.

Blochisland is currently beta software. It may contain bugs. Use amounts you are comfortable putting at risk while it matures.

By downloading or using Blochisland, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Blochisland for its intended purpose. You may not resell it, misrepresent it as your own, or distribute modified copies that impersonate it.

As-is, no warranty. The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the software, including losses caused by your own mistakes, lost keys, network conditions, third-party services, or on-chain events. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; a mistaken or unauthorized transaction cannot be undone by us.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for securing your device and your backup, for verifying every recipient address and amount before you send, and for complying with all laws that apply to you — including tax, securities, and sanctions laws. You may not use Blochisland for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Blochisland. By using it, you represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or region subject to U.S. embargoes or comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government sanctions or denied-parties list. Blochisland is currently offered to users in the United States.

No affiliation. Blochisland is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation, Jupiter, Apple Inc., or any token issuer or exchange. “Solana,” “Jupiter,” “Apple,” and other names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe interoperability.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

Changes. We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

The Blochisland app is free to download and use. Blochisland Pro is an optional one-time in-app upgrade that unlocks swap-in-the-notch and power features. It currently costs US $4.99, paid in SOL from your own wallet at the moment of purchase. Because it is paid in SOL, the exact amount of SOL required varies with SOL’s market price at checkout.

One-time, no subscription. Pro is a single on-chain payment, not a recurring charge. Your license is that transaction — recorded on-chain and restorable on any device your key controls. Updates are included at no extra cost.

All sales are final. On-chain payments are irreversible. Once broadcast, a Pro purchase cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us, and network fees are non-refundable. Please be certain before you confirm. If a payment settles on-chain but fails to unlock Pro because of a verifiable bug on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

Swap fees. When you swap, Blochisland charges a small platform fee (currently 0.5%) that is already included in the quote you approve before signing. Swaps also incur standard Solana network fees and third-party aggregator and liquidity fees (via Jupiter). Every fee is shown in the quote before you confirm — nothing is charged without your on-screen approval.

Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply to you. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your purchase or use of Blochisland.

Blochisland is built to know as little about you as possible.

No accounts, no personal data. There is no sign-up, no email, no password with us. We do not collect your name, contacts, or identity. Your key and wallet data live only on your device.

What the app talks to. To show balances and send transactions, the app queries the Solana network through public RPC endpoints and our own hardened RPC proxy, and fetches SOL prices from public market APIs. These requests necessarily include your wallet’s public address (which is already public on the blockchain) and, transiently, your IP address for rate-limiting and abuse-prevention. Our proxy does not store your address or a log tied to your identity; it forwards the request and forgets it.

No telemetry. The app itself contains no analytics or behavioral tracking. This website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard, aggregate server logs for reliability and security; we do not use them to profile you.

Third parties. Swaps are routed through Jupiter, and on-ramp or other integrations, where offered, are operated by licensed third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies. When you use those features you interact with those providers directly.

California residents. Blochisland does not sell or share your personal information, and it does not currently meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that impose “business” obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If that changes, we will update this policy and add the rights and disclosures the law requires. You can reach us through blochisland.com with any question about the limited data described above.

Digital assets are volatile and largely unregulated. Their value can go to zero. Transactions are irreversible and settle in seconds — there is no chargeback and no undo.

Not financial advice. Nothing in Blochisland or on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We are not a broker, a bank, a money transmitter, or a financial advisor. Do your own research and consider speaking with a licensed professional.

You can lose funds. Through market movement, a lost or stolen key, a mistyped address, a malicious token, a phishing site, or a bug in beta software. Send only what you can afford to lose while the app is in beta, verify addresses every time, and never share your backup key or seed with anyone — including anyone claiming to be us.

We will never DM you first, ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to “validate” or “sync” your wallet on a website. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you.
